Senior Analog/Digital Circuit Design Engineer
Education:
BSEE /MSEE degree or equivalent knowledge through practical
experience.
Salary:
Commensurate upon experience.
General Description:
Candidate will be responsible for the
hardware development cycle of new portable and in-line
instrumentation projects at a leading, water quality
instrumentation manufacturer. Candidate will be responsible for
the research, development, analysis, implementation, and release
of products to production. Candidate must be able to perform
sensitive analog and digital circuit design with a high degree
of technical competence. Candidate must be able to work
effectively with firmware development engineer and provide
technical support for production, sales and office personnel
when requested.
Requirements:
5 to 8+ years experience as a senior
analog/digital design engineer for portable, and in-line
instrumentation systems using op-amps, transistors,
microcontrollers, ADCs, DACs, and sensitive signal conditioning
circuits. Candidate must be familiar with circuit stability
analysis, feedback controller design, and mixed signal system
design methodology.
Experience in low power system design preferred.
Must have experience in schematic capture,
layout and simulation CAD tools.
Water treatment and instrumentation control
experience related to; Conductivity, TDS, Resistivity, pH, ORP,
etc. preferred. Project
management skills on schedule planning, project development
plan, preparation of design specifications, analyses and
documentation desired.
Must be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal
communication skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to
work with people at all levels.
