Myron L Company introduces two new 720
Series II
Monitor/controllers
pH and ORP Monitor/controllers measure water quality for a variety of
applications

Ca. March 29, 2002: The Myron L Company introduces
two new members to our Monitor/controller family. The 720 Series
II
pH and ORP Monitor/controllers measure pH or Oxidation- Reduction Potential/Redox
in applications such as reverse osmosis, process control, seawater desalination,
waste treatment and more.
The advanced "isolated" circuitry of
the 720 Series II
pH/ORP Monitor/controllers ensures continuous, accurate and reliable
measurements. This circuitry also eliminates ground loop issues associated with
non-isolated circuitry. The unique sensor preamp allows for longer distances
between the sensor and the Monitor/controller without the loss of accuracy or
reliability.
Additional Monitor/Controller Features:
The pH and ORP Monitor/controllers have built-in electronic calibration, which
allow for fast quality checks without buffers.
A push-to-test button makes set point checks easy, while the internal alarm set
discourages unauthorized adjustments.
Standard on all Myron L Monitor/controllers is a heavy-duty 10-amp output relay,
operating on either increasing or decreasing readings. Bright
green and red LEDs
indicate above or below set point readings.
All 720 Series II
models feature an IP64/NEMA 3 splash and
corrosion-proof rated enclosure. Compact in size, 6 x 4.8 inches (152 x 122
mm), the 720 Series II
models are suitable for panel, bench or surface mounting.
pH/ORP Sensors:
In conjunction with the 720 Series
II
pH/ORP Monitor/controllers, the highly accurate pH or ORP sensors utilize a
pre-amplifier to ensure stability over a long distance, eliminate potential
noise problems and ensure accurate, repeatable readings. These reliable sensors
also feature an integral temperature sensor to ensure exact, rapid and automatic
temperature compensation (pH). Several sensor models are available to meet a
variety of applications and service environments.
